Our Story
The Clouddo dynamic duo was a friendship long before it became a collaboration. Georgi and Zhivko first met while training water polo.
Although they are 7 years apart, they discovered a shared interest beyond sports in data.
Zhivko, the senior of the two, picked up data engineering back in 2010 and never left the field. In his words:
“I started as a data engineer because I didn’t want to be the next developer who just writes code. I wanted to be more connected to reality… Funnily enough, you have to be a developer to understand what exactly makes us different… we’re something in between developers and normal people.”
In 2016, Georgi started his career as a data scientist and found an older friend, a mentor, and eventually a business partner in the face of Zhivko.
Their skill sets are a match made in heaven. Data Engineering and Data Science go together like Gin & Tonic. Their collaboration was a no-brainer.
After many projects and hard-earned lessons together, Georgi and Zhivko became the dynamic co-founder duo behind Clouddo.
